there are hundreds of wild birds in the hedges round the field where my girls are. For the last couple of days I have noticed a young fledgling sparrow unable to fly  but around the feeder.  Tonight when I went to put my girls away it was in the coop.  I thought one of them must have picked it up to eat it (they have eaten mice and frogs before)  so I took it out and put it on the ground. Within 5 mins  it had run up the ladder and was inside again  so Ive left it. The girls seem to ignore it.   has anyone seen anythig like this before?

never had them sleeping in the coops before (usually mine joined them in the trees  ) however my girls always ignored them and let them eat out of their feeders with them.
