i have small holes in my small cabbage plants,,any ideas

I had the same. Check under the leaves, mine had teeny-tiny caterpillars.

I have stalks (on my young plants) just found little green catapillars better get them up the lottie and covered

If they are absolutely tiny, probably flea beetle which doesn't do the plant much harm.
