Starchy peas
« on: August 06, 2012, 22:34 »
Really should have harvested my peas 2-3 weeks ago.  They are now large and quite starchy.

Any suggestions on what I might do with them?  There is always, soup, I suppose, but they are quite dry and not very sweet - so not incredibly appetising on their own.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

mine were like that (little bullets) but they have made a nice soup, mushy peas were my next choice  :D
some people are like slinkys......they're really good for nothing, but they still bring a smile to your face as you push them down the stairs!!
