hi all sorry for not being on for a long time but life is very busy at the moment one question
i have lost my spud crop due to flooding , the question is can i leave them in the ground and just pull up the tops  this is is for 1/2 a plot or will the rotting spuds ruining the ground as i still can not get on the alloment very easy where the spuds are there is about 4st of spuds in the ground y6ours bgb

if the potato's are rotten then best to dig them up. you don't to want encourage the spread of disease or fungus
