I'm with Gandan57  -  Red Duke of York have a flavour almost like a baked potato and even when young then chip mash and roast wonderfully

Although I have to confess I got more of the "new potato" flavour when I had them just lightly boiled with some butter at the weekend..."

Mrs G decided to do this last evening Willow, and they are a completely different taste aren't they!
