As this is my 1st season at the allotment, I have an extremely large plot with a mishmash of strawberries, raspberries, blackberry and white currant bushes.

I have got a load of flowers but don't know what the ratio is between each flower and strawberries coming from them!!!!!!!!!!!

Do we only get 1 strawberry per flower or multiple?

yes you get 1 strawb per flower

You also get one berry per flower from all the others too.

Raspberries flower in small cluster, but fruits ripen as individual ones

Currants flower in 'strigs' where almost all the berries ripen at once and are picked as strigs

Sounds like you have plenty of fruit to come

Don't forget that birds like these as much as you, so have a think about how you can rig up some netting to keep them off, and still let the insects in to pollinate the flowers
