help hoof and horn

my mate goes to a place to get his hen pellets once a month so I asked him to see if they sold fish blood and bone they didn't but he come back with a 25kg bag of hoof n horn :unsure: so now I'm stuck with it and have no idea what to use it for.

would it be ok to use on everything like toms and peppers,leeks and onions,potatos and brassicas as a general fertiliser

Being a high nitrogen fertiliser means it is particularly good for hungry plants like tomatoes.

Never used it but it seems to be a particularly slow-acting fertiliser, and mainly supplies nitrogen and a little phosphorous.
