I think that's considered to be animal cruelty Weasel (although apparently getting them in a sack and beating them to death is ok...).

dont believe it! i suggested this as i know that once caught it is illegal to release them as they are vermin along with brown rat etc
and thought a humane trap and drowning would be better because if u used a splat trap u could kill non target animals such as frogs....
oh well i if i do it ill make sure the 'swimming lessons' are in the shed out of sight
