Sorry, quite a few Raspberry questions at the moment!

I have freecycled some Summer fruiting raspeberries and have been invoited to dig up as many as I need.

Is there a method to this, is  it like for autum ones where you take the runners or should i just get a good bit of root on a current cane?

You could do either. I'm for the heavier job of getting a lot of roots, you will get sooner establishing, bigger plants from start. :blink:

Do not underestimate the job.

I've just dug mine up to move them
I tried to get them with as much root on as possible but when you originally get them, they don't come with much on, so I guess it is not essential
