it doesn't sound good - I would take her to a vets straight away - it may be mareks or just something like a ear infection putting her off balance.
Staffies are softer than you think.

As Joyfull said, go to the vet.

However, I've just been reading an old thread where someone said their chicken was falling over.  After a few days she reported back that her other chickens had been stopping the poorly one from getting to the drinker and it had been suffering from dehydration and was on the mend.  Just a thought in case your chickens are new arrivals.   Let us know how you get on and good luck.

firstly i would never go to a vet with a chicken unless its very special or the vet has experince in this field or go to an expert, this is becuase they will just say either it should be put down or will give it some antibiotics and charge you more than a new chicken. if it is mareks then only very occassionaly they will recover however i personally don't like them suffering if the disease which cannot be spread through close contact to others, so unfortunately the best things to do is the worst thing to do. otherwise the bird will suffer and obtain sores from not being able to stand/walk and will become malnuirshed.
