Winter Onions
« on: October 29, 2011, 08:55 »
I have some winter Onions (oriental) but I can't really sew them out in the borders because I haven't prepared the ground and decided where I am growing everything. There are also things still in the ground  growing.

Can I sew then in containers, pots and keep them in the greenhouse for a quicker crop ?

You can grow them in pots or modules for a while til you prepare the ground for them.

They don't need to stay in the greenhouse cos they are hardy plants.
