I mentioned over on chat, ALL my kids ate it - at last , something they all like
500g pork mince,
half a red onion,
1 apple grated (kept the peel on)
salt
black pepper - lots
1 egg, beaten
100g breadcrumbs ( I used HM gluten free bread)
I just combined it, made 12 smallish burgers, baked in the oven on an oiled tray for about 30 minutes - it was yummy! They also ate the crispy kale up!
