Hey guys, we went onto the 'list' little under 2 weeks ago and got a phone call last night saying there is one available! very excited.  My parents are bonkers on growing fruit and veg and have lots of support as we have a 10 month old boy, so may need an extra hand hehe.

I'd like to know if you think there are any important questions to ask tomorrow when viewing the plot? no idea what condition is it in either.

Welcome to the site 

Look for whether there's any shade, water supply, types of weeds.

If it's in a state ask whether they will help with clearance and/or provide a skip.

Vandalism?  Security? Parking?
