hello all
Our chicken career started over a year ago when we got 3 chooks - Blossom - Bluebelle, Pearl - Sussex, Daisy - Lohmann Brown.
Pearl didn't last very long and died a month into her new life with us. Blossom and Daisy were great friends until Daisy got sick and past away last week. So now, only Blossom is left. And we are unsure what do with her.

We've looked into giving her up to another chicken keeper and the possibility of bringing in new chooks.

Blossom is very loud mouthed and pecky - so we don't know what to do! Any advice is much appreciated as to what kinds of breeds would cope with her.
(Can you mix bantams and bluebells? given the height difference?)

I have very small bantams and large fowl all together with no problems. The thing you really need to ask yourself is do you want to keep chickens any more?

hmmm that's a good question! my partner loved the chickens, getting eggs on a daily basis was great too. The extra work, hassle and expense is the key thing...

well that is something only the two of you can decide, perhaps make a chart with pros on one side and cons on the other I'm sure all of us on here could come up with reasons to go on both sides, but most of us on here will come up with more positive reasons but we are not in your situation.
