I have three warrens of about 25 weeks old. Two are laying well and have lovely red combs.  The third appears to have no comb and is not laying. Any ideas why?!

Can you be sure of her age - is it possible she is a bit younger than your other 2 hens?

They were all bought as part of the same batch.  What looked to be going to grow into her comb has just sort of shrivelled and disappeared...... but she is otherwise perfectly healthy as far as #i can see.....
