It's a bit late, but there's still growing time left for them...so I would  :)

I did mine on Saturday. I am always late but better late than never. The plants that were quite well developed in a box I used as a nursery bed are well developed so I left those and just planted out the pencil thick ones.  I can thin the ones in the box by eating the thinnest ones first, if you get my drift  :)

I think they only did them on Gardeners World about 10 days ago, so should still be OK just about.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

I only did mine at the weekend.  Was going to do it a couple of weeks ago but the ground was like rock, so I waited til we'd had a bit of rain.

I'm sure they will catch up.  I think I did mine late last year and it did them no harm at all.
Lotty holder since Aug 09... I've FINALLY finished clearing it! On with the p.lanting  ....

If you have the space I would stick them in.  If all you get is baby leeks then you have baby leeks which can't be bad.  It always seems that in a given row there are all sorts of sizes anyway regardless of when they went in

i put some in late last season, they might not grow too big this season but they will start growing again early spring as they prepare to go to seed .which will give you some nice leeks if you dont let them go to far. :)
