This year Mrs FB asked for some Sunflowers that are good for the Vase as cut flowers.
So I grew some Mezzulah F1, which are stunningly beautiful but Mrs FB says they are a bit big for the vase

For next year does anyone have any recommendations? We want them for the vase and can be single or multi headed

For the second year in a row, I have grown "Tall Single" from Garden Organic, which quite frankly isn't, its multi-headed but I like the way the flowers all come out with colour variations on a theme of yellow of course. I also grew, I think, T&M "Harlequin Mixed" - my prize from last year, but the May storms got them so I didn't see them get big enough to flower. They look nice though and I'll buy them for next year.

Grew choc chip with the children at school. Thye are a lemony yellow colour and last quite well in water. Not too heavy to overbalance the vase either
