I made a batch of raspberry Icecream and made up the recipe as I went. The result was not the best icecream I have ever tasted and it was rock hard. A little alternative thinking led me to defrost it slightly and beat in some Cassis, I now have a much better tasting icecream and it doesn't set quite so hard because of the alchohol.

Yes it does make it rather good doesn't it? I like the idea of cassis in the raspberry 

Now what can I make that I can put limoncello in..................hmmmm

I tried making strawberry sorbet, adding vodka as an anti freeze, I kept trying it and as it wasn't soft kept adding more vodka.......... don't really remember much more after that
