Cosmos Double Click
« on: July 11, 2011, 20:56 »
For the 1st year I am growing Cosmos Double Click.

They are now just coming into Bud, when they flower should I dead head as per Sweet Peas  to encourage further flowering.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I dead head my cosmos, on the grounds that they are an annual plant - and therefore will stop flowering once they have set seed.  By deadheading I am preventing them set seed.

No idea if that's right though
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Yes, dead head and the occasional feed will keep them going until frosts come along  :D
