I tried - honest I did! - but all I got was "mum", the chicks all dived for cover   :lol:

Wow!  what a gorgeous hen!  One of my hybrids went broody last year  ::)  and I put some eggs under her - 6 out of the 8 hatched out - it is SO exciting!

Great how exciting. Sounds like she has accepted them well. She'll get a shock next year if she has to sit for 21days.
