The leaves with the lighter patches may just be a chimaera which is something like varigation on ornamental plants and sometimes occurs naturally.

The wilting is probably due to a poor root system and will happen on hot days until the roots grow out wider.

Now there's a thought. It could be indeed, a bit of an albino streak in the plant.

The plants above are Summer Scallop Squash i.e. Patty Pans. I'll probably chop of the yellow limp leaves this evening.  :(

The Patty pans are doing well. The leaves didn't even drop off. Harvested my first one yesterday. X
