Pea help please!
« on: June 24, 2011, 19:04 »
Got to the plot today for the first time this week to find my peas covered in greenfly  :tongue2:
They are growing under enviromesh (same as last year) as we have a big pea moth problem. The peas were planted at different times, so some are ready to pick and some were about to flower.
I have sprayed them today with some organic soap based stuff.
So do you think I should remove the mesh to give the ladybirds a chance - and the pea moth, or leave them covered and keep spraying.

Thanks for your help.

Elaine

Well, that reply is a lot of no help at all!

Personally I'd leave the mesh on and keep spraying.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
