hello everyone new today.this yr have grown pots in bags.Planted 2nd earlies 27/3 now tops are yellow and flopping over. Had asearch and only small spuds. Will they continue to grow or n ow rot?

Welcome to the site  :D

It's a little soon for 2nd earlies to be ready - less than 3 months.  However, I think that once the foliage has properly died down, you're unlikely to get much bigger spuds.

Yield in bags is always reduced compared to the open ground, it's possible that water and nutrients may have been lacking at times.

I'd give them as long as you can in the bags, and chalk it up to experience!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
