BEETROOT ADVICE NEEDED

i thinned out my beetroot a week ago and its not doing well , is there any thing i can do to help them//

Make sure they're moist enough & leave them to recover.

I never thin mine as such, I let them push each other to one side and start harvesting at golf ball size.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

You need to keep them well watered after thinning out. A liquid feed solution might help,  or some Blood, Fish and Bone meal lightly forked into the ground around the beets although that is slower to work.

This has been such a cool and at times dry season in some places that some crops are being slow to grow.
