I have as an experiment a large blue tub with a mixture of nettle and horse poo soup, can anyone advise on the best use for it.

Depends what your growing? Water it down and use for squash, pumpkins, courgettes, spuds. Anything that is a heavy feeder in particular but most veg will benefit from some more nutrients as long as it is not put on too strong. Perhaps avoid for root veg.

you will need to dilute it with gallon of water and use on the vegatables you grow or floral plants. too much and you may end up with too much leafy growth. i use those small plastic cups you get with night nurse and put half of that in gallon of water.

Is it possible to have too much top growth on cabbage, broccoli, runner beans or sweetcorn as that's what I thought of using it on.

i wouldn't get too carried away with it, maybe once every 2 or 3 weeks should be fine, as when it rains, the water contains natural nitric acid which also helps with foliage growth. they also need to develop their roots deep down as they can. too much feeding from the top won't develop strong roots.
