[tooo many seeds]

i have some blackcurrants and some are ready to pick i think, been black for about 10 days others are not there yet might take another 7-10 days.i want them for jam do i pick the ripe ones or leave them till the rest are ready

I wait until they're all ready, the others will hang a bit and it doesn't matter if they're bit squidgy.
