its your plot grow what you like,ok if you make it pretty all well an good,i love to see all different things as i walk past when im going to mine,thats twice a day lol,,i see all sorts of flowers ect,,gl an enjoy it  ,,tc  mick essex

hello miss K

I believe some use various flowers to keep the pests at bay. they get attracted to certain flowers or their scents which distracts them away from your veggies. i guess anything is good as long as its not invasive or affects other plot owners. your entitled to make your plot welcoming for yourself with pots of flowers or hanging baskets etc but within the rules and regs where you have your plot.

I really recommend you don't put a buddleia in your plot
i have just removed a large one from my plot. we have also cut down a old forsythia - now getting the root out is going to take time.
