Have gone from 6-7 eggs a day to just..............1 not sure what going on really?

happens to us all the time, our four hens normally lay most days then some days none lay at all.  Our Quail are even more fickle, none for days on end than all together!  If your hens are otherwise healthy I wouldn't worry

Might just be a glitch with the gale force winds affecting them.

Is it just one day that you've only collected 1 egg ?

check the coop for redmite, when my coops had it the egg laying diminished.
