Poorly shallots

Most of my shallots are growing as they should be. These two look very poorly. Any ideas what is wrong with them?

Got a couple just like yours myself, I have no idea as to why. Like you, my other shallots are looking fine.

I also don't know, but there's always a couple isn't there?
