Ive made some of the rhubarb and orange jam from the recipe section on this site, my wife loves it! Its gone very thick tho.

I was reading a WW recipe this morning for jam filled muffins which use low sugar apricot jam but I thought this jam would be lovely for this purpose. I'll make some and let you know what they're like. It says they are best eaten the same day
