All winter iv been spraying Washing away and squashing the damn things and my chillies are just about to flower and now looking good however ...... They are back!!! This time on any kind of seedling I try to grow someone please help me I'm about to give up

Just squash them....

I spent a good 15 minutes squashing the little blighters on the tips of my currants this morning.  You wont get rid of them completely but do it often enough you'll keep the numbers down.

Wash your fingers after though

I kidnapped some ladybugs to help me in the green house, but only for two days as I felt cruel someone said grow basil as they don't like it....well they do

Don't talk to me about green fly... Not only they plagued my indoors basil and lettuce during the winter, but also my overwintering chilli plants. Despite removing them every day, they kept coming back. They almost killed the chilli plants, and I got so fed up with the invasion of basil and lettuce that I threw the plants away.
Now I seem to have won the battle with the chilli plants, but my herb plants outside are under attack - coriander, chives, sage, they're all full of them despite spraying with washing liquid and removing them by hand.
It might be a tricky year...
