my latest 7 chicks have hatched five of them are happily running around eating and drinking but 2 of them are shuffling around and dont seem to stand up. I know they havent got splayed legs but its like there legs arent strong enough to hold them is there anything I can do to help them?

It can take a day or two before they get the hang of walking, so as long as you're shure their legs aren't spraddled, do't worry about them just yet

I hatched five partridge cochins and one of them showed no signs of splay leg but would just suddently fall over onto her side and not be able to get herself back up.  Once I put her back up she would walk about fine until she fell again.  It was very disstressing and I was exhausted as I was constantly back and forth standing her back up.  I took her to the vets (Iam a learner) and he did not know what was wrong with her.  Took her home and she never fell over again.  Very strange.  She fell over until she was about 5 days old.  I cant advise anything only tell you my experience to give you a little hope maybe cause I am very new to hatching chicks and am learning everyday.  Hope they get better!!!!
