Landmaster 100 rotavator

I have recently bought a Landmaster 100 rotavator that is missing the engine pulley (I believe it should be the smaller of the two),is there any kind soul out there with the same machine who could tell me the external diameter of said pulley please.

It turns out that the correct engine pulley for the Landmaster 100 is a 4" A section pulley.
