i have a small veggie patch this year to grow a few onions in and carrots and sprout i picked yp a magazine the other day and had some free seeds as i dont have space on my veggie patch was wondering if i can grow the following in grow bags.brussle sprout cabbge spring geens and broccolie.

You can, but the sprouts might get a bit top heavy for the bag and flop over without support. Spring greens are fine, same with cabbages and broccoli. For the brassicas you'd still need to net them against cabbage butterflies and caterpillars.

Brassicas need to be in firm soil as the small roots on the stems will get broken if they are not. This can cause the brassicas to bolt, so i would advise against it.
