Is it ok to advertise duck eggs for sale to eat.  Not sure of any regs there are, if anyone knows please

I think if you actually "advertise" eggs be they duck or chicken or goose you will have to jump through all sorts of hoops.

But just swapping some eggs with friends and neighbours for a piece of paper or metal is fine.

Ok forget that then I will just sell to hatch its easier.  Tried to read that lot of twaddle but lifes to short.

you can sell them if you dont have more than 250 to sell then you ned to be licensed etc /you are ok to sell them from your doorstep /frontgate but dont use cartons that have been used for eggs before that have any price coding or date of sale stuff on that could be misconstrued by the purchaser, best sell them in brown paper bags . mine went for 20p each for duck and 30p for goose eggs
