When to split onion seedlings

I am after some advice please when do i spilt up and pot on my onion seedlings, i dont think they are really going to get a set of true leaves.

Can't add anything to what's been said there because I'm an onions-from-seeds newby myself; they were transplanted a few weeks ago and not exactly romping away but at least not dead either!  :)
