bandy legs or bendy toes which is more important
« on: February 20, 2011, 14:53 »
My little chick will be three weeks old tomorro and last night i discovered she had hurt herself.

She had dislocated her hip which i popped back in that showed she had split legs (i dunno if that is the right term.) only one leg was off at an angle. Her does are also like rubber and bendy.

I strapped the toes with cardboard and strapped her legs together as described on here somewhere. However, I cant seem to get her to keep both on. She either wiggles out of her new shoes or else her stockings slip.

I am finding it hard to get both in place. At the moment she has her legs bound and i am louth to upset her again to put her shoes back on. Will it wait or shoud i just put them back on???

I would concentrate on the legs as she could have more problems when she gets heavier.
Staffies are softer than you think.
