last year when i took my plot on the council (Crewe and Natwich, now Cheshire East) delivered a couple of trailer loads of leaf mulch i think it was road sweepings.

does anyone know who i talk to in the council to get a few more loads delivered so i can dig it into my beds?

ive rang the council and been given a number of a man but he's not answering.

all I can suggest is that you keep trying the number the council gave you - was he from the parks and leisure department? If not they could be worth a try.

Please don't be too impatient waiting for answers on here afterall a lot of people will be out at work and you hadn't even waited 4 hours for a reply.

plus, four hours is nothing in the leaf mould business.

I think there's a good chance it's all gone for the year... I can't see them having large stocks on the offchance it's wanted, probably gone into the green waste stream back in december
