Having read through Munty's Frame thread for runner beans, I am now lost for ideas of what I can plant on the west side of an established frame, with the east side overlooking neighbour's plot. There are raspberry canes there at the moment which I was going to shift 2/3rds of, & plant peas    Anyone?

Lettuce and Kohl rabi do ok in shade?

Thanks Spartacat. I was thinking of growing against the actual frame if I shifted the raspberry canes

Ii grew sugar snap peas last year and in my plot rotation, they were in shade part of the day but I got a good crop. Peas take up a lot of space for the crop but these would be supported by the frame, harvest is better and some can be left to get peas out of later in the year.
