My purple sprouting broccoli is in a sorry state after the frost. It is wilting and the top is bent over. The plant is still standing. Kale and sprouts the same. What a depressing season that was.

Will they be ok if I leave them ?

No point in pulling them out. As soon as the weather improves they should show signs of new growth.

If the frost has got right into the stems you may find that they just gragually give up.
