had ours 2 weeks (like Wolverine I also question the service from Omlet - hmmm) and it was quite tricky to put together but seems to be watertight.  As discussed by others, the main benefit is the easey cleaning - I LOVE IT!!
Mine has quite a large gap between the roof and the back wall and gaps between the trays and the back wall which look a bit draughty...  has anyone else found this?

The gaps you speak of are designed in to give adequate ventilation (so I am told).

well I guess - but seems a bit excessive.
what about the gaps near the floor - thought ventilation was supposed to be higher to prevents drafts??

I had also read that ventilation should be higher and not at foot level I don't belive a 10 mm gap running along the back of the cube just below the chickens is designed for ventilation it's clearly a design fault and calling it ventilation is an easy way out for omlet. just my opinion could be wrong.

Had my cube for over a year and it's fantastic!
Ventilation gaps work well....cool in Summer, warm in Winter. Easy clean, no mite, safe and secure at night, I can move it by myself and the girls love it.
I wouln't put more than 5/6 in but there is too much room for my 3.
