Ok so I know the theory of bean trenches for runner beans. Question is - would the same work for climbing French beans? Just wondering about intermixing the two next year on one frame that's all. No-one here has any idea at all - but then I'm not asking about onions, cabbages or leeks!

I treat climbing French beans the same as runners.

It's just the product that's different!

Be prepared for some strange crosses!  :tongue2:
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

I'm sure it would work the same  :)

The only risk, which others have mentioned, is the cross-pollination of varieties so don't save seed for next year unless you're adventurous  ::) 8)

Edit: Snap, DD.!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
