actually Algal blooms produce more oxygen then all the worlds forests

Maybe the answer in a water trough on each plot.  During the summer it turns deep green for months.

There are a couple of plots on our site that just have fruit trees on them - I don't see it as a problem, the plots are well maintained and produce a lot of fruit. I have 5 small fruit trees on my plot as well.

How about apple bushes? If you keep the trees short people may not notice..also it saves the risk of breaking your neck getting the apples down.
