Dont know about you guys but trying to get my coop cleaned out is becoming abit of a nightmare,  we are having alwful weather at the moment, i think it poured down all day yesterday, theres no way i can clean it and let it dry out.   Think i should start thinking about winter mode, its definately around the corner.   nickyx

sounds like you need stalosan f nicky. Hopefully though we will get that Indian summer they promised us ages ago

I use Stalosen to disinfect any damp patches in between major scrub outs, and used it last winter when I couldn't get my wooden coop to dry.  It's great to use.  I got a huge tub of it and keep it handy in the run near to the coop.  Just chuck in a handful and rub it into the wood.  Damp patch immediately becomes a lovely dry patch!

Thanks Nicky.  Been a while since I logged on.  Have shut down my business and retired, so not camped out at my drawing board/computer any more !!  Yipp-eeeeeeeee    I see lots of new names listed, but nice to see you're still here chook!
