Potatoes for Christmas
« on: September 03, 2010, 20:44 »
I grew Sharp's Express last year but not a big crop and quite small tubers.       Suggestions please for variety to sow and when to sow to harvest around Christmas.  I live in North Staffordshire.

Agree, it's a bit late now.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

We finished with them today when we sold the last pack.
There might be the odd pack floating about at a garden centre if your lucky.

Not sure its too late - provided you do it this weekend ;) and can provide a conservatory etc. to bring them on reasonably quickly
