Hi all, I'm new around here & a novice gardener so no doubt will be posting some stupid questions 
I grew parsley last year & it's now gone to seed. I understand it only lasts 2 seasons.
I would like to use the seed for more plants.
What should I do?

Collect the seeds from the flowerheads as they dry and turn brown and store them in dry container. Store in a cool, frost free place. Flat and curly leaved varieties will cross so you should only grow one type of seed at a time. If you are sowing them fill a container with compost, dampen it, so the seeds and cover with compost or vermiculite. Cover the container with glass or plastic and try to maintain a temperature of 20C in order to get good germination.

I don't know where abouts you are growing chrisnchris, but where I am my flatleaf parsley self seeds

Yes, the same for corriander. Corriander generally germinates quicker than parsley and goes to seed in the same season.
