They look a bit dry and possibly undernourished to me; try giving them a liquid feed and then make sure they are kept well watered.
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Any liquid feed would be better than nothing but Tomato feed would probably be the best choice at this time of year.
