Pea question
« on: July 23, 2010, 21:39 »
Today I have been cutting down the peas that have gone over, but I notice that some of them are starting to grow again from the bottom.
If I leave them will they grow again?
I have never noticed this before, and it is only at one end of the row.

Thanks

Elaine

Ive also had a couple of plants with double shoots, but growing at the same rate as the main stem, and all have produced peas so far.  Its worth a try to keep them in just to see if they develop a flower bud. Then you you will hopefully get more peas
