has body else grown this, i ahve had three bumper crops so far, but what to do with them can i freeze them?? or leave the in the fridge?  thanks

I'v grown these for the first time this year and they are brilliant. Really crisp and tasty. They cropped for about three or four weeks too  :D

Blanched and frozen quite a lot, and can cook them from frozen too, very quickly  :D
Wisdom is knowing what to ignore - be comfortable in your own skin.
