They look like girls to me. Sorry can't help with breed, but they do look like Bluebelles

I`ve googled up some pics of bluebells, they do look quite a bit like them, but with bit bigger headgear, def not orpingtons!

  just had to let you know, 1 of my big grey hens is a girl, Apple Dapple laid her 1st egg this morning, i knew something was going on, as she was frantically going from 1 nest box to the other, over + over, for about an hour. Hopefully this means the other 1, Maddie, is a girl too, but will keep you posted, thanks again to everyone who replied.
